Love the pillow when I got it. But was concerned about customer service and still would think twice about ordering again. I sent 3 messages because I thought I might have sent the wrong image. Sent the image again and asked them to verify that they were using this image. I sent 3emails asking to verify. Did not hear anything. When i got the pillow it was perfect. Iwhat would happen if there was a problem? Customer service ignored all my messages. i know they got them because i got automated responses. Customer service is important when dealing w internet company or any company. Great product. Please work on customer service

Had a pillow made for our cat that passed away and it came out fabulous!!!

Still havent received it . Keep watching the tracking it's saying the same thing for the lastv10 days. The usps has no record of it. So I'm out the money . There's no way to contact the company. Stay away

I love these pillows so much I have now purchased a total of 6!!! These have been for myself and gifts for family and friends. Such great quality and the seller has always been so great to work with! I need to negotiate some type of buy 10 get 1 free, haha! Seriously this store and product is fantastic!
