Shopping Information

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Currently, we're only shipping within the United States mainly via USPS. Some larger shipments may be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Large bulk orders may be shipped on a pallet on a contracted freight carrier.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
We ship most orders by First Class or Priority shipping with USPS. On average the transit time is about 1-3 business days. Production time is generally within 1 week of purchase date if there are no delays.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, we are only shipping within the United States.

Product Information

WHAT ARE YOUR PILLOWS MADE OF?
Our pillows are made with very soft 100% polyester velvet fabric. We print on the fabric with quality Epson Inks.
HOW DO I KEEP MY PILLOW CLEAN?
We always recommend spot cleaning when possible. Should the pillow require a more extensive cleaning, the pillow can be washed with cold water -- DO NOT BLEACH. It may also be put in the dryer on a low heat setting. Although, we do recommend air drying if possible. 
CAN I GET PROOF?
We do not proactively offer proof before printing, however if you really need to approve of the print, we can make exceptions.

Orders and Returns

WHAT TYPE OF IMAGE IS REQUIRED?
Generally, we accept most type of images. This includes JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF. We do ask that the picture is higher resolution so that we can make the best possible quality print. 
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You do not need an account to place an order. However, it is a good idea to create an account so you can easily find your previous orders. 
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Due to the nature of the custom product. We start working on the editing process usually within 24hrs of order. As such, orders must be cancelled or changed within the first 24hrs. Some exceptions may apply.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
