Photos and ordering
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where your subject is fully in frame. We remove the background for you.
Can I see my pillow before I order?
Yes. Upload your photo and you will see a preview before adding it to your cart.
What sizes can I choose?
Custom shaped pillows come in 12, 16, 20 and 24 inches, measured along the longest side. Need a custom size, feel free to contact us!
What is your return policy?
Since all pillows are custom made to order. We cannot accept returns or refunds unless the fault was our own. For more details on our refund policy please visit https://www.pillowfied.com/policies/refund-policy.
Shipping and changes
How long does it take?
We ship most orders by First Class or Priority shipping with USPS. On average the transit time is about 1-3 business days. Production time is generally within 1 week of purchase date if there are no delays.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are only shipping within the United States.
What shipping methods are available?
Currently, we're only shipping within the United States mainly via USPS. Some larger shipments may be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Large bulk orders may be shipped on a pallet on a contracted freight carrier.
Can I change my order?
We do not allow changes after 48 hours, as this typically means we have started production. However feel free to contact us for any urgent questions.
