Custom Made Products

Due to the nature of how the product is created, we do not accept returns on ANY custom made product; this includes but not limited to, custom made products, custom made products made from a template in the template sections or any product not included or marked as "Print Ready", Products that allow for customer uploaded images and/or customer specified instructions. 

In the event that your custom made product is damaged on arrival and/or defective you have 7 days to make a claim by contacting us via this link or via email hello@pillowfied.com.

General Products

For any general product; products marked as "PrintReady" and/or products with images supplied by us with no customer specification input, not including custom made products; we allow for a 14 day return policy starting from when the product is received by the customer. Return postage will be paid by the customer.

Cancellations and Changes

To try to get your product as quick to you as possible, we start the process immediately after the order is paid for. We do however strive to allow for changes and/or cancellations to be made within 24 hours of a purchase.

Damaged Products

Damaged products are subject to return or exchange. You must send us a photo clearly showing the damage on the product. Damaged products being returned are not subject to restocking fee, this includes both custom made products and general products.


We do not accept refunds unless the fault was our own, this includes, images printed that were not uploaded by you, different size not specified by you; with the exception of upto 1 inch in off sizing (More or less than the size specified by you; read more), Extremely low quality prints that are due to our fault. This DOES NOT include images of poor quality supplied by you.
